Choose from 9 that will run from 9:15 AM to 11:15 AM on Saturday. Breakout Sessions, Exhibits & Displays, Vendors, Children’s Activities, Genealogy searches by computer, Visiting & Meeting new relatives. Much more!
Afternoon: Program with meditation, singing, and speaker TBA; a look ahead for the JHFA
Promotional Brochure will be mailed with the March 2008 Newsletter.
A Pre-registration form will be included which will ask for information on the following:
1) Names of people attending, including names and ages of children, so proper arrangements can be made for the Saturday children’s activities planned for by JHFA Board member Beth Hostetler Berry and helpers.
2) List of preferences from the variety of breakout sessions to help plan for proper room assignments.
3) Food options for Friday evening Banquet and the Saturday noon catered lunch—all meals must be prepaid by July 1. (There will NOT be a potluck dinner on Saturday, but anyone is free to plan for their own “brown bag” picnic lunch.)
